So, every blog must have an awkward first post. Here is mine.
This has absolutely nothing to do with me, but boy, I feel a lot less awkward by comparison
I’m Ben, and I am a third year premed-ish (Bio-Chem/Bio-Med) student at a run of the mill Midwestern university. Also, I love to cook. And my job in IT. And my job as a CA (called an RA at most schools) Additionally I'm on a full ride scholarship. And I'm an Atheist..... Co-President of the Secular Student Alliance on my campus. I’m more or less just another student, more or less just another voice in the crowd, more or less just another man you pass in the street. I'm on the "less" side, but I realize that I'm not very special. That being said, if you pass me on the street, you will probably know. I'm the chubby kid with a smile on his face, wearing a sweater-vest and homemade scarf, or a nerdy shirt, or I'll have a group of people following me. I am unique. Don’t get me wrong, I'm not a "different for the sake of being different" person, but I like who I am, after many years, and it will take a lot to get me to change who I am now. I mean something somewhere in the range of superheroes to zombies is required to get me to change.
The sheep apocalypse may also make me change
So, why am I blogging.... well I don’t really know.
I had a blog, that was doing really well, then went in a... lets say odd direction.... and I didn't really want to blog on it anymore, so I kinda gave up.... but now I'm starting anew.
